Canon error 5B02: use the official service instruction
When a Canon printer displays 5B02, use the support-code page for its exact model. Do not assume that a general ink-absorber reset is an approved fix.
Check the official model-specific page
For the TS5350i series, Canon’s 5B02 instructions direct the owner to a service centre for repair. That is a model-specific instruction. For another series, locate its own manual before choosing the next step.
Keep the physical condition in view
A counter reset or cleared message does not demonstrate that any required maintenance has been performed. Do not download an unfamiliar service tool or force internal parts to make the code disappear.
Prepare for the repair conversation
Note the complete model, the code and when it first appeared. Keep purchase details and the serial number ready for the official process. Ask about the repair estimate, warranty eligibility and handling instructions before transporting the printer.
