Set up a Canon TS3522 on a computer
A TS3522 already connected to Wi-Fi still needs the appropriate setup on a computer that will use it. Begin with that computer’s operating system and choose the connection you intend to use.
Use Canon’s software for the model
Open Canon’s TS3522 computer setup. Select the correct platform and follow the download and installation instructions. Do not install a package for a similar model simply because it appears first in a search.
Match the computer to the printer’s connection
For a network installation, confirm that the computer can communicate with the printer on the intended network. If wireless setup has not been completed, follow our TS3522 Wi-Fi guide. For a cable route, follow the official installer’s connection sequence.
Check a small job before larger documents
Select the correct printer entry and send a short test page. If several entries appear, check which connection each one represents. Record the exact message if a job remains in the queue or the installer cannot find the device.
For recurring software errors, use our driver installation checks. Avoid removing working profiles or resetting all printer settings until you know what the change will affect. A device support code requires its own model-specific response.
