Connect a Canon TS3522 to Wi-Fi

Published by Alphatech · Updated October 11, 2026

Wireless setup for a TS3522 should follow Canon’s instructions for that model. Have the router’s network name and password ready, keep the printer powered on and complete its initial preparation before beginning.

Open the official setup flow

Use Canon’s TS3522 setup page and choose the device you want to print from. The page provides the appropriate route for a computer or phone. Use only the software and instructions supplied through Canon.

Follow the wireless instructions in order

Enter the network details in the official setup process. Do not switch to another printer model’s button sequence halfway through. If setup temporarily changes the device’s connection, follow the instructions for completing the process and returning to the intended network.

Confirm that discovery succeeds

Print a small test document after setup. If the printer is not found, check the network selected on the device and whether guest-network restrictions block communication. Note the printer’s indicator state and the exact setup error before retrying.

For installing the printer on another computer, see our TS3522 computer setup guide. If the printer itself displays a support code, use its manual’s code instructions instead of repeatedly reinstalling the wireless software.
