How to find Facebook help for your account
Facebook help depends on the issue and account. A hacked profile, an impersonation report and a Page permission problem are different requests. Choose the problem you need to resolve rather than searching for a universal support phone number.
Use official help and reporting tools
Open the Facebook Help Center. Search for the specific issue or use the reporting option associated with the affected account or content. Contact features can differ by account and product; do not assume that every user has live chat or telephone support.
If you cannot sign in
Follow our hacked Facebook account guide when there is unfamiliar activity. If it is a forgotten password instead, use the official recovery flow. Enter codes only into the Facebook process you started.
Make the report understandable
State what happened, when it started and which profile or Page is affected. Retain screenshots privately where helpful. Do not publish identity documents or security codes in a public comment while asking for assistance.
A person advertising recovery in a reply or private message does not gain authority to restore your account. Facebook controls access and review decisions. Avoid paying for guarantees, sharing a password or granting remote access in response to an unsolicited offer. Keep any official case reference so you can identify the existing report when following up.
