How to get TurboTax product support
TurboTax support is easier to navigate when you know the tax year, product and task involved. Online software, desktop software and assisted services can offer different routes. Choose the product you actually used before requesting help.
Open Intuit’s contact page
Use the official TurboTax contact page. Follow the current options presented for your product and account. Check the hours shown there rather than relying on a phone number copied from an old article.
Separate the question from the evidence
For a software error, note the screen, exact message and what you were trying to do. For an account issue, use Intuit’s sign-in recovery guidance. For a filing-status question, identify the return and acknowledgement you received; a technical support conversation does not itself confirm that a tax agency accepted a return.
Protect your tax information
Do not put a complete return, Social Security number or payment details in a public forum. Use the secure process offered by the official provider when records are needed. If the question concerns tax treatment or a legal deadline, seek a qualified tax professional or the relevant tax agency.
